This report provides an annual assessment of the economic and security relationship between the United States and China, produced by U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission (USSC). The USCC is an independent, bipartisan commission created by Congress in the United States in 2000.
This year’s report covers U.S.-China tech rivalry, unsafe Chinese products, China’s influence in the Middle East, strategies to counter China’s economic dominance, China’s internal control measures, its military capabilities, and a comprehensive review of Taiwan, Hong Kong, and key developments in China in 2024.
